Restaurant sponsors take it up a notch

We all know that Ribfest has, well, ribs (and pulled pork, slaw and beans). That's what we love about it.

But did you know that the VIP tent takes the dining experience up a notch on Canada Day weekend? Every year, four local eateries step up and provide appetizers for hungry guests straight from their kitchens, using fresh, local ingredients.

This year, we welcome Turtle Jack's (Friday), Kamoosh Bistro (Saturday), Symposium Café (Sunday) and Cascata Bistro (Monday). I guarantee you'll discover some great new flavours to complement your traditional Ribfest favourites.
